Alli asks… What Does Confidence Mean to You?

IMG_0708Alli says, “Confidence means having courage…being brave. I know it also means having faith and trust. Like birds’ wings, confidence can take you anywhere, but without it, you won’t go anywhere very fast.”

What does confidence mean to you?

  1. Allie, you pose wonderful questions and get us all thinking more deeply.
    To me, confidence means trusting in that little voice inside, the one that says…”Hey, this might be fun to try” or “I want to do something for that person,” or “I’m scared, but I know what the right thing to do is.”

    • Thanks! I think you are absolutely right. You need to trust that little voice because if you don’t you won’t even be able to trust yourself, which is really important in leadership. Alli :3
